Jim has served on the Board for 10 years and is a member of the Fund-raising committee. He is a Professor and Department Chair of the Hospitality Program at Bunker Hill Community College. His mother, Catharine, has been a resident of Doolittle for 11 years and is his inspiration for serving on the board. Both Jim and his mother have the highest praise for the care that Doolittle Home provides. They say, “Doolittle gets a 5 star rating and should be considered ‘the Ritz’ of life-care. The meals, everything is tops, especially the employees who give their loving care to the residents everyday.”
